Stay policies
Please review these terms before reserving a Stay Twin Falls home.
Check-in and checkout
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
- Checkout is by 11:00 AM.
Pet policy
Pets are welcome. The pet charge is $200 per stay plus $50 per reservation day. Pet charges are added to the reservation total.
Cancellation policy
Stays shorter than three days: Cancel at least five days before check-in for a 100% refund. Cancellations made inside five days are nonrefundable, though a partial refund may be considered.
Stays longer than three days: Cancel at least ten days before check-in for a 100% refund. Cancellations made inside ten days are nonrefundable. A full or partial refund may be considered if the canceled dates are successfully rebooked.
Any discretionary refund is determined after the canceled dates have passed and the amount of replacement revenue, if any, is known.
Rates and fees
- Base nightly rate: $135 per home.
- Cleaning fee: $0.
- Security deposit: $0.
- Applicable lodging and sales taxes are added at checkout.
